About

A business and technology advisory and solutions firm.

Infinara LLC works at the point where strategy, architecture, finance systems, and data have to become a single coherent operating reality — and stay coherent through delivery.

What we are, stated plainly.

Infinara advises on and delivers business and technology change. Our work spans strategy and transformation, business and enterprise architecture, Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, data and decision intelligence, applied AI and automation, and specialized professional expertise engaged against defined accountability.

We are not a staffing firm, a reseller, or a software product vendor. We are engaged because a decision is consequential, the structure underneath it is unclear, and someone has to be accountable for making it hold.

Mission and direction

Why the firm exists

Mission

Make consequential business and technology decisions structurally sound.

Organizations rarely fail for lack of effort. They fail because the relationship between strategy, capability, system, and number was never made explicit, so each layer optimizes locally. Our mission is to make that relationship visible, governed, and durable.

Direction

Advisory depth and delivery accountability in the same firm.

Advice that never has to survive delivery drifts toward the theoretical. Delivery without advisory depth drifts toward the expedient. We hold both, so a recommendation is made by people who will be present when it is implemented.

Principles

How we work, and what we hold ourselves to.

These principles govern engagement design. They are the basis on which we accept or decline work.

  • Structure before tooling

We establish the capability, process, and information structure before recommending a platform. A tool selected ahead of the design becomes the design.

  • Decisions are documented

Design decisions, their rationale, and their owner are recorded. A decision that lives only in a meeting is a decision that will be relitigated.

  • Controls are designed in

Control, reconciliation, and traceability are part of the original design rather than a later phase that never receives funding.

  • Capability is transferred

The internal team must be able to own and change what we build. Dependence on us is a failure condition, not a business model.

  • Constraints are inputs

Federated decision rights, fragmented estates, and limited change capacity are the real operating conditions. We design for them explicitly.

  • Claims are evidenced

We describe what an engagement produced and what it did not. We do not publish metrics we cannot substantiate.

Working relationship

Engaged as a partner, governed like an accountable one.

Every engagement carries a defined scope, named accountability, agreed artifacts, and an explicit close. Clients should always be able to state what we are responsible for this quarter and what evidence will show it was delivered.

Start with a conversation about the decision in front of you.

Tell us the problem, the constraint, and the deadline. We will tell you what we would do first and whether we are the right firm for it.
