Business Architecture
Describe the business itself — capabilities, value streams, and accountability — so change targets the right part of the organization.
Business Architecture makes the enterprise legible in business terms. We map capabilities, value streams, information concepts, and organizational accountability so investment and change decisions land on the part of the business that actually needs them.
The problem this addresses
Initiatives are scoped around systems and departments rather than capabilities and value streams, so the same structural problem is solved repeatedly and never resolved.
Who we work with

How this differs from Enterprise Architecture
Business Architecture describes the business — what capabilities exist, how value flows, and who is accountable. Enterprise Architecture describes the systems, data, and integration estate that must support it. The two are complementary and deliberately separate: business architecture defines the target the technical estate has to serve, and enterprise architecture governs how that estate is designed to serve it.
