Start with the decision in front of you.

The most useful first conversation is a specific one. Tell us the problem, the constraint, and the deadline — not a finished specification.

How to reach us

Email and phone reach us directly. If you would rather book time than write a summary, use the scheduling link and bring the context to the call.

What to include

A first message is more productive with these four things. None of them need to be polished.

  • The decision or problem, in your own words
  • The constraint that makes it difficult — capacity, control, funding, or timing
  • The deadline or event that fixes the timeline
  • Who inside the organization owns the outcome

Already have a defined requirement?

If you are running a formal procurement or have an RFP document ready, use the RFP path instead.

Send an inquiry

If you would rather write than call, this reaches the same place.

Fields marked are required.

Please keep first messages at business level. Do not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information, credentials, security details, or client-specific proprietary material through this form — we will agree a suitable channel for anything of that kind.

Engagement intake

What happens after you get in touch

We keep intake short and explicit. You should always know what the next step is and what it commits you to.

  1. 01

    Introductory conversation

Thirty minutes. You describe the situation and the constraint; we tell you how we would frame it and whether we are the right firm for it.

  2. 02

    Framing note

If the fit is right, we send a short written framing of the problem as we understand it, so we are agreeing on the same thing before scope is discussed.

  3. 03

    Scoped proposal

A defined scope, named accountability, agreed artifacts, and an explicit close. No open-ended retainer as a starting position.

  4. 04

    Engagement start

Work begins against the agreed artifacts, with the decision log and governance cadence established in the first weeks.
