For clients

Client Portal

The Client Portal is for authorized participants in active Infinara engagements. It is designed as a single governed place for engagement deliverables, design decisions, and status — so stakeholders are never working from a forwarded attachment.

Why we run a portal at all

Engagements produce artifacts that outlive the meeting they were presented in: capability models, target-state blueprints, decision logs, readiness assessments. When those live in inboxes, the current version becomes a matter of opinion.

The portal is being developed so authorized engagement participants can access the current artifact, the decisions taken, and what is outstanding — which is the same discipline we ask our clients to apply to their own change portfolios.

Portal access is engagement-specific and by invitation only. Prospects and general visitors do not need portal access — the right starting points are Services, Solutions, Contact, or the RFP form.

What the portal is designed to support

Once activated for an engagement, the portal is intended to support controlled access, collaboration, and exchange across:

  • Current approved engagement deliverables and artifact versions
  • Decision log with rationale, approvals, and owner
  • Engagement status, milestones, and outstanding client actions
  • Governance materials and meeting records
  • Secure document exchange
  • Engagement-specific notices and support information

Requesting access

Portal access is arranged per engagement by your Infinara engagement lead, once the portal is activated for that engagement. If you are an authorized participant in an active engagement with a question about access — for yourself or a colleague — contact us with the person's name, role, and the engagement concerned.

Current status

The Client Portal is now available.

Authorized participants in active Infinara engagements can sign in below. Access remains invitation-only and is arranged by your engagement lead.
